I would agree with you if Shaw was not intentionally blocking already QoS processed VoiP traffic. I have a hardware QoS (one of the best algorythm on the market) on my modem so the packets are already prioritized when they leave my house. Now Shaw is re-prioritizing them to deteriorate the excellent QoS which was dome originally, unless I agree to pay an extra $10 so they don't mess-up with the already done QoS! It's just a tax, I cannot see it any other way!
