Hey Mark - Virgin should use its clever marketing and see this as an opportunity - how many members does the RNAO have? A few thousand (my guess). So why not extend them a few handsets and enough pre-paid minutes to make it equivalent to about three months worth of usage. I would say this would be an excellent chance to patch things up and get some extra clients...
