I used Skype till Jan 07, with great satisfaction I have to say. Then I became sick and tired of their rising rates. So i gave a look around. Excluded since the beginning ridiculous over-expensive companies like Comcast and Vonage. Excluded Yahoo and AOL which don't offer IMHO enough quality, over than having intrusive software. And finally I found voIPStunt for 10 euros ($13.72 with Paypal) unlimited calls (for some countries - am not sure about cell phones) for a 1 whole year !! And now I am happy. Hope this can help. However check often the news because the 2007 is the voIP year.
