Thanks for the report on this Mark - it's things like this that keep me coming to your blog. I'm slowly building a community site called www.studentloanssuck.net and this is the ideal tool to help those confused, broke and huddled masses out there figure out what the hell happened with their student loans. The bureaucratic maze just gets crazier on the web. (I should know - I helped build part of it.)
