I use vBuzzer for my Toronto number and it is great. I use the softphone when I am on the road, and when I am at my desk, I have a Linksys SPA942 from Canada Computers that is amazing. I also have a PEI number and Washington, DC number on the phone. Total cost, about 12$/month.
