Congrats on the arrival of your son and your new position with b5 media.
Since startups involve a Gordian knot of organizational behaviour, strategy, product development, sales, etc. permit me to suggest two additions to your reading list. I would recommend perusing Michael Watkins' The First 90 Days. Dynamite book. I would also suggest glancing at "The Sales Learning Curve," by Mark Leslie and Charles Holloway in the July-August 2006 issue of the Harvard Business Review.
