Mark, funny that I am reading this. As I was pulling into work today I heard on the radio that one of the local college's is conducting a SMART home technologies seminar that is supposed to get people on track to offer home theater, networking, stereo, computer, cable, etc installation and maintenance. The commercial stated this is the next big thing... I am curious as to what you would pay to have someone come into your home a do those sort of things you describe above.
