Mark: I concur. You mentioned driving in your post...I witnessed another person using a blue tooth device driving as well...only this was on the golf course! While on the first tee wearing his earpiece, he would accept phone calls, talk on the tee box while addressing his golf ball, tell the caller to hold on for a moment, take his swing, then resume his conversation. He did this all day...
