toronto hydro hasn't come out with pricing yet but it will be free for the first six months; then they plan to introduce pricing plans. who knows, maybe toronto hydro will discover usage is so low that the service will have be offered for free or at a discount to generate usage. either that or they get into the open access wi-fi policing business..:)
