I'm still waiting for a credible explanation of how a leading-edge tech business can be credibly managed as an income trust. The leading edge doesn't / shouldn't pay dividends. They should take risks - and they'll need to do that to compete to the point where they are able to replace the income from the phone subscribers that they are certainly going to lose. I don't get how an income trust is the right structure for that mission. Which, I suppose, everyone who bought Yellow Pages as a trust is going to figure out, any day now.
