excellent commentary providing insight beyond the media's superficial journalism proverbially lending the benefit of the doubt. It is interesting to note inbetween the overwhelming traditional hype and optimsim the CEO did slip in some major points in his newletter he signed like his MOT contracts: "our financials are not strong" "Nortel has not shown profitable growth" "debt rating isn't good" "stock did not perform well" "The days of irrational exuberance for tech spending are gone" "No easy fixes or miracles" "R&D "spotty New Product" "aggressive targets" "More than 80 percent of us have been in our jobs for less than a year"
