ross, excellent points across the board. i had forgotten about his R&D pledge, which was supposed to come out a week later. perhaps mike z.'s biggest skill is his management "bearing" but there has been no definitive strategy yet, and the analyst community is starting to pick up on the lack of anything. the AGM later this month should (hopefully) be interesting.
