honestly, i would invest in skype - or least consider it a better investment option than vonage. for one, its COA costs are far lower because skype relies on viral marketing and/or word of mouth as opposed to expensive marketing campaign. with a low cost base, every dollar skype generates from services such as skypeout or skypein trickles down to the bottom line faster than vonage. that said, i'm not whether i would have paid $4.1 billion for skype but at least its economics strike me as more viable than vonage.
