One thing the Internet has done for many former readers is clearly illustrate how little added value many newspapers actually contributed. When I see the same exact story, word for word, posted in 10 different papers it makes you wonder. They don't even bother to correct the content mistakes. I think the public is beginning to realize it was a business where they borrowed your watch and then charged you to tell you the time.
