You're not alone. He was super grumpy when I interviewed him. Got defensive when I pointed out the several straight bad quarters the company had. The photographer that went with me, who is a veteran who has shot everyone from Muhommad Ali to the Queen, said he was the biggest jerk he'd ever taken a picture of in his 40-year career. Not sad to see McNealy step aside, but you're right, as chairman he can still be Mr. Outspoken.
