Great points, but I have one thing to push back on. What does the "perfect conference" offer to the sponsors if you don't want them to speak? Mesh is charging for sponsorships, so there must be more to the "perfect sponsorship" than just your logo on the Mesh homepage, no? If you are going to charge sponsors, why not evolve the value you provide to them while evolving the experience for the attendees?
