You are right to comment on the "doublespeak." The problem is that a small concern has gotten blown way out of proportion and created the appearence of a problem when there really is not one. No one's going to block content. That would drive customers away in flocks, but the thought of it happening is apparently strong and frigthening. People need to calm down and rationally think about their fears.
