Question: For there to be spat between two parties, do both parties have to show up for the spat? My understanding of a spat is that two or more parties have to be engaged in a war of words. So far, this is our first and only post on the matter. We didn't start the spat. We didn't enter it. We haven't commented on it. So, is it a spat? If it's not, then what is it?
