The patent insanity today continues with the patent office giving someone clown the patent for ajax, flash etc. Basically you can't create any rich media application now without paying a lisence fee. http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=29857 I wonder if this company will approach any web 2.0 company and demand royalties.
