Gentlemen, I reside outside the US and Canada. I bought Nortel stock in October 2000 basing my decision on the company's then apparent good preformance and its positive outlook. Although my investment has been decimated I continue to hold the stock. Can I participate on the settlement plan offered by the company and if so, how can I proceed?
