These FON guys are ripping off a concept first introduced three years ago by a Belgian kid who started a company called Linspot, who I interviewed two years ago. He had the very same plan, same strategy, essentially the same client software. I guess you have to have money and connections to make a good idea work -- assuming it's a good idea that's going to work.
