it's not just iTunes, Bit Torrent and Skype users who will be affected. It's people who use Google, cbc.ca, cnn.com, etc. if the carriers get their way, i suspect there will be fees for most popular content and service providers that now ride on the networks for free. if you're interested in innovation on the web, this plan is troubling.
