rob, i take your points but i think the blogs, particularly geist's, played at least a small role in the stink about bulte's fundraising activity. at the very least, it may have got the attention of the mainstream media, which was clearly engrossed with issues other than copyright reform. this wasn't necessarily a copyright issue but bloggers calling bulte on her choices, which i think may have cost her the election.
