Gather.com has hit a problem with it contributors the so called Gather.com members, the problem related to no or very bad support. Also they were unable to attract bonified publishers to view the many talented authors that populated the Gather community. It is now thought that Gather.com has a cashflow problem of which will mean the rats will leave the sinking ship
