Re: Videotron's Cable Telephony Jumpin'

Is the quality of Videotron, Rogers, etc., superior to Skypeout? Videotron's prices for telephony have increased a bit, and there's no estimate on when it'll be available to my building. I'll probably get a landline this year. I have a mobile and now use Skype, but Skypeout is not reliable for business calls, at least for me.
