Well, the quick answer to when Nikas and Janus will leave is likely "as soon as their work-out lets them." So call it 24 months from the deal closing date (October 14th), at the absolute outside. Probably more like 12-18 months. Been there, done that, happy to sell you a logoed t-shirt ;) - Stuart
