Mark - Plaxo is the service provider of the messages Plaxo members send through our service. We do not send these messages, but rather process them similar to a Yahoo! user sending mail through Yahoo! In processing these messages, we include an opt-out/block link in each message. By clicking on the link, you can instruct us as the service provider to block further messages Plaxo members might attempt to send you through our service. You can block messages from an individual Plaxo member, or all Plaxo members if you desire. Also - I'm sorry if any Plaxo members have sent you an update request inappropriately. Plaxo members are expected to adhere to proper Plaxo manners as described here in our Plaxo Etiquette Guidelines as well as our Terms of Service. The purpose of the update request message is for the Plaxo member to provide you their latest contact information and request you update them as well in order to stay in touch. If you feel that any member is violating your privacy through our service, you may wish to report the abuse to our Abuse Department (abuse @t plaxo.com).
