I'm with you on this one Mark. Most of the YASNS things induce a certain hard-to-define queasiness in me, which I've blogged about on a number of ocassions (e.g. here) I still respond to LinkedIn requests (it seems the least cheesey of the bunch), but I've opted out of all others Maybe you need one of these.
