From Venture Wire article published today Sept 20, 2005, it appears the OBJ might not have right numbers "Avaya, a publicly traded communication equipment and software maker, ponied up approximately C$46 million ($39.4 million) in cash to acquire Nimcat Networks, which had raised about C$7.5 million in total venture funding.
