Mark, This is important. It's Avaya's IP solution to compete with Key Systems and other small office solutions, except it's much easier to deal with, easier to install, and works everywhere. It is quite an important announcement. It also changes Avaya's positioning potentially. They will need to develop better relationships with retail channels and carriers to get this out, but I think the carriers will like it. (although it's potentially erosive to their revenue, but isn't everything right now!)
