After being impressed that Bell has introduced a reasonably priced offering (who would have thought...) I clued in that the 'lite' offering which seems like a reasonable price is mentioned only as a 'second line'. I'm assuming this means you need to have a primary Bell line to get signed up but I couldn't confirm this on the site.
