Mark, Now I may be wrong but isn't the work of the CBC employees the intellectual property of the CBC? Wouldn't they have to cease and desist if asked, or even give any royalties (not that there would be, but if they get enought momentum) to the CBC. (I assume that the NP knows what you do here too...)
