that "virtually enlarge" video from iPods and other portable video
devices. The idea, is when you wear these glasses and plug them
into a iPod, it creates a 12" to 14" virtual video screen about three
feet in front of the you. The company is sellling these glasses for
$269. And now you know......

Mark - I've always thought this was a cool product idea but it doesn't seem to ever have taken off. I met with a company a few years ago that was doing something similar for the gaming market. I saw the demo, and it was quite neat to have a "big virtual screen" right in front of you. I always wondered if there was a market for laptop users who want privacy while working on documents in an airplane, or other public spot.
