Odd Technorati Data

My Technorati profile has suddenly gone from 131 links from 101 sources to 30 links from four sources. Seems strange to have fallen out of favor so dramatically. Anyone else running into this situation?

I had bookmarked http://evans.blogware.com/blog/NortelNetworksNews but found that you were no longer updating that page and that Nortel news was now relegated to http://evans.blogware.com/blog
I know diddly-squat about Technorati but if they were tracking references to the former NT-specific page, they might very well have lost interest. Re: Odd Technorati Data

Don't pay attention, Mark. They're probably just jealous. You're still the king!

It's very unusual for links to change so drastically in such a short period of time, so my guess is that it's a problem on their end.
Do you have a list with all of the blogs that linked to you (but don't show up anymore)? If so, you could try pinging them, so that they will get re-crawled by Technorati, and your link will hopefully be picked up... |
