Stuart MacDonald really, really wants a Blackberry 8700 - and apparently Rogers Wireless wants to sell him one....well, at least in theory. Turns out Stuart has found himself in customer service limbo where he wants to give money to Rogers but it's just not happening despite some lavish marketing material and two visits to a Rogers store - something to do with his account being in "pending hardware upgrade" status.
